What is the best Multi Vitamin/Mineral Supplement for men to take?
My goal is just to help myself get all the stuff I need to help me while I’m working out.
Melaleuca’s Vitality Pack…98% absorbed by the body. Centrum is only 4%…They have a patented manufacturing process that allows for such a high absorption rate.
They bond the vitamins with a molecule of fructose, tricking the body into thinking it’s absorbing sugar, when, in fact, it’s getting wonderful nutrients it needs.
Most vitamins, sad to say, go right thru your body whole and are flushed down the toilet.
I’m all for saving money on cheap stuff…but not supplements. Cheap, generic supplements are cheap for a reason…they pass right thru your system. Use one that you can feel working.
